Welcome to Worship Piano Academy. These terms apply when you use worshippianoacademy.com, buy a course, or use the Worship Piano Lab. By buying or using them, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy: https://www.worshippianoacademy.com/privacy-policy
Courses bought on Udemy are sold by Udemy, and Udemy's terms cover those purchases, not these.
1. WHAT YOU GET
Worship Piano Academy teaches worship piano through online lessons, videos, downloads and the Worship Piano Lab. Your purchase gives you a personal license to use the course for your own learning, including playing at church. "Lifetime access" means access for as long as we offer the course. If we ever stop offering a course, we will give you notice and a way to keep what you can (such as your downloads).
2. YOUR ACCESS
- Your access is for you only. Please don't share your login, your Lab link, or our videos and downloads with others.
- If you sign in to the Lab, keep your login details private. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- Signing in is optional and only saves your lesson progress.
3. PAYMENT
- When you buy, you authorize us to charge your card or PayPal account through our checkout (ThriveCart).
- Arizona ESA families pay through ClassWallet instead. ClassWallet's and the ESA program's rules also apply to those orders.
- Access starts right after your payment goes through. We send it to the email address you enter at checkout.
- Prices are shown at checkout before you pay. Each purchase is a one-time payment unless checkout says otherwise.
- You must be 18 or older to buy, or a parent or guardian must buy for you.
4. 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
- If you're not happy, email chris@worshippianoacademy.com (or use our contact page: https://www.worshippianoacademy.com/contact-us) within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.
- We also refund you if a technical problem on our side keeps you from getting access and we can't fix it.
- After 30 days, payments are not refundable.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method. For ESA orders paid through ClassWallet, the refund goes back to the ESA account.
- When you get a refund, your access to that course ends.
5. CHARGEBACKS
Please contact us first if anything is wrong. We answer quickly and the 30-day guarantee makes most problems easy to fix. If you dispute a charge with your bank or PayPal, we may pause your access while the dispute is open and share your order and access records with the payment company to show what was delivered.
6. OUR CONTENT
Our lessons, videos, arrangements, sheet music, chord charts, audio, downloads, logos and software belong to Worship Piano Academy and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may use them for your own learning, including playing at church. You may not copy, resell, upload or give away the videos, charts or downloads, and you may not teach a class from our materials. Worship songs taught in the lessons belong to their writers and publishers. The lessons show you how to play them. They do not give you the right to record, publish or sell those songs.
7. HOW TO USE THE SITE
Please don't misuse our website or the Lab: no hacking, overloading, scraping or copying it, and nothing illegal, abusive or harmful toward us or other students.
8. ENDING ACCESS
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, for example by sharing your login or our content. If we end your access because you broke these terms, we do not owe a refund. If we stop offering a course, section 1 applies. If we end your access for any other reason, we will refund what you paid for that course.
9. NO GUARANTEED RESULTS
We work hard to make great lessons, but how fast you learn depends on your practice. The courses are provided "as is" and we don't promise any specific result.
10. LIMIT OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages from using our courses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the course in question. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
11. CHANGES
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll post the new version here and change the date at the top. Changes don't affect purchases you made before the change.
12. ARIZONA LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Arizona, unless the consumer laws where you live give you the right to use your local courts.
