Payments are non-refundable, except in the case of technical issues that prevent access or within 30 calendar days under our money-back guarantee. Chargeback and Dispute:

If a chargeback or dispute is initiated for a legitimate purchase, Worship Piano Academy reserves the right to report the incident to relevant consumer reporting agencies and block access to all platform content. Claims regarding unauthorized transactions will be countered using IP access logs, account activity, and enrollment data provided at checkout.

Digital Delivery:

Upon successful payment, digital access is granted immediately to the email address provided. You acknowledge that account creation and enrollment timestamps serve as definitive proof of delivery of services.

User Conduct:

You agree not to use Worship Piano Academy in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform or interfere with any other user's use of the platform. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms of Use shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts located in the State of Arizona.
